[OzzModz] Remove Addon Icons In ACP

The [OzzModz] Remove Addon Icons In ACP has been submitted and is now available for free download. Big thanks to the contribution from our member @axtona !

This simple addon will remove the addon icons in the ACP. I find they just clutter up the page. There are no settings for the addon, just install it and forget it.
